She is the oldest member of Bridges Chapel Church of God and is known for her delicious sour dough bread rolls.

During the war, she moved to Oakridge, TN and was an inspector where the first Atomic Bomb was made.

Loved being outdoors gardening and canning, quilting, and raising her children.
