The Century Club of East Tennessee was established in 2022 to recognize individuals who have celebrated their birthday of 100 years or older. Members in the club receive a letter of greetings from the Governor in honor of their special contributions as Tennessee centenarians. Individuals also receive a matted certificate of recognition from the Century Club of East Tennessee.

The Century Club of East Tennessee is open to residents in the 33 county region of East Tennessee.
